These terms are printed on every proposal. You may edit them as needed.

1. ACCEPTANCE: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Acceptance of this proposal constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Total Truck Branding.

2. PAYMENT: A deposit as specified is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. ARTWORK & FILES: Customer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork files in the required format (AI, PDF, or EPS at 300dpi minimum) no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled installation date. Delays in artwork submission may result in rescheduling.

4. INSTALLATION: Total Truck Branding will perform all installation at our facility unless otherwise agreed. Vehicles must be clean and free of rust, damage, or loose trim at the time of installation. We reserve the right to reschedule if vehicles are not in acceptable condition.

5. WARRANTY: Vinyl warranty covers manufacturer defects and premature failure under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from vehicle accidents, improper washing, chemical exposure, or Acts of God.

6. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Changes to the scope of work after project commencement may result in additional charges. Cancellations after artwork approval will forfeit the deposit.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Total Truck Branding's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services under this proposal.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
